Visited this branch 3 times still couldn’t get the problem solved …… Hopeless
The moment you realize there’s a Typical Dark-Brown Asian guy with an Aussie accent working in here feels He’s more Superiors because He’s Asian and “Smarter” than anybody /everybody else even the customers/ Clients!….but in Reality, He couldn’t even print a Simple Bank’s Statements !!!
yes ican It’s normal to be speak down by, as a Client of C’mmonwealth Bank esp. by ONE- Typical Brown-Bald Asian Bank’s employee from CHINA (ChinaMan’s services are KNOWN to be Disrespectful, Rude & Materialistic on Customers/ Clients !!!

Disappointed with my credit card application. Rang customer service regarding the status of my application and found out that my application has not been processed yet because my documents, which I have submitted two weeks ago, were not relayed to the right people. Now I have to wait for another ten business days or so.
Can’t deposit coins after hours, is this 1928?
They don’t even answer the phone, several attempts made
