You can get Sikkim permission from Dhaka IVAC, also you can get it from Rangpo Check Post at Sikkim Border (on the way to Gangtok from Siliguri). Keep multiple copies of Passport Size Photos, Xerox copy of your Passport and Indian Visa. Accommodation cost near MG Marg should be 1500 to 2500 rs/night. Food cost 150-200 rs/meal. 10 points Gangtok city ride with car should cost you 1200 to 1500 rs (4-5 hrs). To visit other places like Lachung (2 days - 1 night package) should cost 9000 to 15000 rs based on number of pax. Changu lake (day trip) should cost you 4000 to 5000 rs based on number of pax.
Please note, except the 10 points city ride you have to contact a local tour operator which is mandatory for restricted area permission and tour.
