Q3. Where I will get Bank Asia Smart App? – You can download it from Google Play Store & Apple App Store Q4. How to Register in Bank Asia Smart App? – Tap on registration. Input your internet banking customer ID (Customer ID will be provided you with SHADHIN card welcome pack), accept terms and tap on I Agree (It will send a verification code to your registered mobile no). Input the verification code and tap on submit. Q5. Which option in the app to use to link my SHADHIN card with Payoneer Account? – Go to SHADHIN –Payoneer menu Q6. To register/link SHADHIN Card with Payoneer what inputs to give? – Login to Bank Asia Smart App. 2. Go to SHADHIN-Payoneer menu. 3. Select Payoneer Registration. Your SHADHIN Card no and customer idwill be automatically picked from Bank Asia system. 4. Tap submit (It will redirect you to Payoneer’slogin portal). 5. You need to input of your Payoneer ID & Password to Payoneerloging portal for authentication. 6. Once you login successfully to your Payoneer account the SHADHIN Card linking will be done and a confirmation message will be shown in the next page. Q7. Can I check my Payoneer balance from Bank Asia Smart App? – Yes. Login Bank Asia Smart App. Select SHADHIN-Payoneer menu. You will find “View Payoneer Balance” menu over there. Select that option and you can see your Payoneer Balance. Q8. How to transfer fund from Payoneer account to SHADHIN Card? – Login Bank Asia Smart App. Select SHADHIN-Payoneer menu. You will find “Payoneer Payment” menu over there. Select Payoneer Payment option and input of Amount, Remarks, App Password, accept terms and Submit. You can see a transaction confirmation notification within few seconds. Q9. When My Fund will be available in SHADHIN card? – Presently it will be deposited on the same day in your SHADHIN card if you place the fund transfer request within Banking Hours (10:00 AM -4:00 PM). Beyond transaction hour fund transfer request and for holiday fund transfer request money will be deposited in your SHADHIN card on next working day. Q10.
